Other possible titles include:  Why I can’t park,;Why I was woken up to the sound of heavy machinery; Why the entire neighborhood has crammed all of their cars into one court since all of our courts are no longer accessible; Why tar is stuck to the bottom of all my shoes; or Why I believe I feel asleep in a time capsule and woke up in the future where Terminators come from because futuristic construction noises waft in through my window in the whee hours of the morning while I’m less than half awake.
